The Kwamimensah Blazer is cut from a custom handwoven cotton textile developed specifically for this piece and woven on traditional looms in Ghana. A cream cotton Fugu base is interlaced with black and brown threads, letting the natural variation of the weave lead the garment.

Hand-applied cowrie shells bring a restrained language of protection, value, and ancestral memory. Clean lines and a defined shoulder keep the blazer sharp, allowing the Ghanaian textile work to sit at the center of the design.
